In particular, the film is waterproof and impervious to many other liquids to avoid infiltrations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Temporary :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Quick and easy <strong>take off<\/strong>at the end of the construction;<\/li>\n<li><strong>No traces:<\/strong> neither mechanical marking nor glue remains when the film is taken off;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Good resistance<\/strong>to <strong>external aggressions<\/strong> until the end of the protection phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our<a href=\"https:\/\/www.miralu.fr\/en\/technical-datasheets-and-sales-brochures\/\">technical datasheets<\/a> indicate the thickness of the various films to allow precise adjustments of the forming processes (<strong>tolerances<\/strong>):<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Identification and information :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Opaque<\/strong>or <strong>Transparent<\/strong>films<strong>:<\/strong> Differ following gloss level (high gloss, satin or mat) allowing easier sorting and logistics management by our customers.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>printed logo<\/strong>visible on the film allows Miralu to proudly claim the quality of their products.<\/li>\n<li>The safe outdoor exposure duration is printed. Typically <strong>60 days.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>On an outdoor construction site, UV irradiation received past this duration weakens the film with the risk that it might be taken off only in small pieces!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Specific protective films for specified needs:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Miralu use 3 main ranges of films, all with outdoor exposure guarantee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transparent<\/strong>made of polyethylene with an <strong>acrylic<\/strong><strong>glue<\/strong>, specifically for high <strong><strong>glosscolours<\/strong>. Thickness: 70 \u00b5m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Opaque<\/strong>with rubber <strong>glue<\/strong>, higher adherence for <strong>satin &amp; mat colours.<\/strong> Outdoor resistance is given for the rubber glue only with opaque films protecting it from the UV. Thickness: 70 \u00b5m. Thickness: <strong>70 \u00b5m<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, a <strong>special opaque<\/strong> film is dedicated to the <strong>textured colours<\/strong>of the <strong>Mirabuild<\/strong>Thickness: <strong>100 \u00b5m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Always listening to the needs of their customers, Miralu can deliver its products with special films::<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suitable for <strong>laser cutting:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>No emission of toxic fumes during the cutting;<\/li>\n<li>The film does not retract itself with the local heating;<\/li>\n<li>2 specific films: one for CO<sub>2<\/sub> lasers &amp; one for optical fibres lasers;<\/li>\n<li>Thickness: <strong>100 \u00b5m<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Last, for long works on very sunny construction sites we can offer a film with a <strong>very high resistance to UV<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>Thickness: <strong>100 \u00b5m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Miralu pay a great attention to the application of those protective films:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>he machine used to apply the film must spread it to avoid folds. Although, it is important not to stretch it otherwise adherence and resistance would be reduced.
